1) First, go to the OV address you have been given:

3) This should be the page you see next (some elements may be missing due to your permission level):

4) Now access the Pharmacovigilance Client area and choose your specific Client: https://support.onevigilance.com/portal/en/kb/articles/create-an-icsr

5) You will be greeted with a page very similar to the following page: 

6) Now if you wish to perform a RedCAP or ODM import please follow this guide: https://support.echilibrist.onevigilance.com/portal/en/kb/articles/redc

7) Once done, please go back to the initial page ("Client Information") and start going through and filling your forms. You can access the inside of these imported forms by clicking on the eye symbol below for each form:

8) The inside of one of these forms should look similar to this:

9) Once inside, simply find the relevant fields to fill.
