RedCP and ODM imports

1. to perform a REDCap syncronization or ODM import, start by going into the section "External Synchronization" of your client menu:


2. Once there, choose either RedCap Synchronization or ODM to begin


3a. If you chose ODM, you will be asked to first select an ODM file of your choosing in your local machine

3b. if you prefer a REDCap synchronization, just select the following:


4. In both cases, next you need to hit the button with the arrows as below:

5. And your import should start soon:


6.  The files will become available in the Synchronization History table and if the import had no import issues they will become also immediately available in the ICSR list (Client Information section of the left sidebar)

7. You can consult any import issues under Import warnings in the same table, by clicking on the red symbol in the row for each file:


8. This will open a smaller window that will show any errors found during import, as exemplified below:
